Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact us at hello@zalureskin.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern.

Our team will review each request individually and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Eligibility

To ensure fair use of this policy, excessive or nearly empty product returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must include all original packaging and must be returned in unused condition.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or store credit within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

Request for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
